Minipresso Espresso Spritzer

Who knew something so easy could be so delicious?

Ingredients:

1 Cold Minipresso

Carbonated Water

Lemon or Lime 

1 shot preferred Spirit if desired

Steps:

Fill a glass with carbonated water 2/3s of the way full

Make the Minipresso over ice and once it cools immediately pour into seltzer, or put in fridge to cool.

If you're very careful you can get a half and half look before the 2 liquids mix

Add lemon or lime to taste 

If you want to Irish up your Espresso Spritzer, add your favorite whiskey, vodka, or tequila. If you're a gin and tonic lover, swap out the carbonated water for tonic then add the espresso and gin.
